Maintain your business identity
The current business registration captures the company name, business type, GSTIN, one primary contact, phone, business email, billing address and delivery address. The customer portal does not yet have editable GST/custom-company fields or a multi-contact directory.
Contact 1 — Primary authorised manager (name, designation, mobile and email).
Contact 2 — Additional manager / purchasing contact (name, designation, mobile and email).
Contact 3+ — Further authorised contacts as required.
Do not share one login between managers. The multi-contact profile extension is still required before these contact records can be stored and edited independently.
